How to Delete Your Account
If you no longer wish to use Privy / Reise, you can permanently delete your user profile and all associated data directly from the settings panel in the mobile application. Follow the step-by-step instructions below:
Navigate to the Profile Tab
Open the Privy mobile application on your device. From the main screen, tap on the Profile icon located at the far right of the bottom navigation bar.
Open Account Settings
Once on your Profile page, locate and tap the **Settings** gear icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Select Delete Account
Scroll down to locate the **Account Security** section. Tap on the **Delete Account** option, styled with a red warning icon.
Review and Confirm
Read the details concerning data deletion. To permanently remove your account, tap the red DELETE PERMANENTLY button in the confirmation pop-up.
Irreversible Account Deletion
This action is completely permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account credentials, display profile details, chat records, group channels, established connections, and plan participations will be entirely cleared and wiped from active production systems.

- Device & Connection: We collect device identifiers, operating platform (iOS/Android), and push notification tokens (FCM/APN) to handle direct message routing.
2. How We Store Messages and Posts
All data is maintained in secure environment layers using state-of-the-art hosting providers:
- Secure Message Storage: Chat messages are transmitted via secure web sockets, encrypted in transit and at rest, and visible only to authorized chat participants.
- Secure Post Storage: Social feed entries, challenge logs, and style suggestions are kept in secure cloud-hosted databases with strict Access Control Lists (ACLs).

By creating an account, you represent, warrant, and covenant that you are at least 18 years old and that all age, display name, handle, and profile information you provide is complete, truthful, and accurate. Any fraudulent misrepresentation of age will result in immediate and permanent account deletion.
2. POCSO Disclaimer & Zero Tolerance Policy
Privy maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against any form of child abuse, child exploitation, grooming, solicitation, or any other violations of child safety laws. Because Privy is strictly an 18+ adult social connection platform and mandates explicit age declarations upon registration, any access by a minor constitutes a material breach of these Terms achieved solely through fraudulent misrepresentation of age. The Platform, its owners, operators, developers, and affiliates are completely and explicitly absolved of, and disclaim, any and all liability, claims, losses, or damages arising from underage access or fraudulent age representation.
3. User Conduct & Safe Harbor
Privy is a passive broker facilitating social network growth. Users are strictly prohibited from posting harassing, threatening, obscene, or infringing materials. Privy does not pre-screen or edit the content or messages posted or transmitted by users, and is not liable for user wrongdoings, defamation, or other misconduct committed by users on the platform.
4. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Privy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
